Position: Technical Sales Manager (Service Contract)

Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager with a strong blend of technical proficiency and commercial acumen in software solutions for the large-format printing and visual communication industry. This role demands a proactive and dynamic individual to drive client engagement and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging software demonstrations, highlighting workflow integration and unique value propositions to potential clients.
  • Deliver compelling remote and on-site presentations to clients primarily across Brazil, with occasional travel to other Latin American countries.
  • Provide end-to-end technical support, including implementation, training, and troubleshooting, both remotely and in person.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, fostering client relationships and providing commercial support.

Requirements:

  • Residency in São Paulo city.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Demonstrable experience in the large-format printing and visual communication industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator; knowledge of color management is a plus.
  • Ownership of a registered business in Brazil (for B2B service contracts).
  • Flexible contract terms and payment structure to be negotiated.
